There are no refunds on coaching services already rendered. The Coach cannot guarantee results in a coaching relationship because results depend on the Client's openness to being coached and willingness to do the work.

Cancellation Policy for Sessions

There are no refunds available on single sessions if canceled less than 24 hours prior to the session.

 

Packages

Within 24 hours of the initial session, a refund is available if you have booked 3 or more sessions and do not want to continue. The Client will receive a refund minus the cost of the initial session billed at the price of the prevailing single session rate.

After the 24-hour period described above, if the Client and Coach collaboratively decide that the relationship is not a good fit, Coach will be paid for services rendered and Client will be refunded for any additional money already paid towards future sessions.  

 

Lapsed Services

It is understandable that life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session within three (3) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued.
